Leadership Team
Mohammad Imran
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Mohammad co-founded Right Angle Partners with more than ten years of experience leading control-oriented investments in software, healthcare services, industrial services and broader business services sectors. Previously, he helped launch the private equity arm at The Consello Group and held investment roles at Lazard affiliate Corporate Partners, focusing on platform acquisitions and operational value creation.
He began his career in Deloitte Consulting's Strategy and M&A group advising Fortune 100 companies. Mohammad holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University.
Isaac Apea
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Isaac co-founded Right Angle Partners with more than eight years of investment experience across early-stage ventures and control buyouts, particularly in software and business services. His prior experience includes software and healthcare investing at American Family Ventures and roles at The Carlyle Group and The Consello Group's private equity arm, where he worked alongside Mohammad.
He began his career at William Blair’s Leveraged Finance group, advising on acquisition financing and capital structure. Isaac holds a B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University.
